This pot is made of Birdseye Maple with crystal playing surface over a glass soundboard. This is a hardwood & has an interesting wood grain. It produces excellent turkey sounds. Makes great cutts & yelps. Great sounding call for the price. The striker is made of Purple Heart with a Maple top. Comes with an all weather acrylic striker, conditioning & sanding pad.
